The Metro Planning Commission set a series of public meetings today for the May Town Center development.
The proposed project, slated for a rural part of Davidson County called Bells Bend, will be a mix of corporate campuses, retail and residential uses. It will also need a new bridge over the Cumberland River. A public hearing on a new traffic study will be May 28th and a second public hearing on June 25th will deal with an economic impact study. The zone-change bill allowing for the project will be on first reading in the Metro Council on June 2nd.
The Metro Planning department has created a new website for all the information related to Bells Bend and the May Town Center project.
The traffic impact study and other reports can be viewed there.
