Nashville officials are asking Davidson County residents for feedback on 9-1-1 services.
To gather the comments, the city has set up a web site – www.ratemy911.com. It’s even buying time on billboards in the area to ask for feedback from people who’ve used the service recently.
Once at the site, residents will have a survey to fill out about why they called and how well the emergency operator responded to their call.
